Serums VS Moisturizing lotion

There’s a lot of talk about using a serum under your moisturizer. What if there was a super effective SERUM & MOISTURIZER combined …..?
.
YEP!! …. you guessed it …. There is!!! And it lives right here with you on Grand Cayman!
.
So, serums often leave out the “occlusive” part of a moisturizer. Occlusive is the barrier part. The barrier is the thick-ish, slippery part that keeps bad stuff out (like pollution & toxins) and the good stuff in (like water & nutrients).
.
Moisturizers often leave out the highly concentrated, active vitamins & minerals needed to replenish & repair skin OR there’s so little of this concentration it’s ineffective.
.
Additionally, moisturizers (and many synthetic serums) often contain a lot of water (why pay for water right??!!) and petroleum based oil (a highly processed waste product of crude oil …. yes, for your car).
.
All products containing water require a preservative. All of them are toxic or extremely harsh!
.
All lotions contain an oil and water blend. This requires an almost always synthetic and toxic stabilizer and emulsifier or the oil and water will separate (if you’re not asked to shake or stir the product before applying it’s toxic)

So …. if you’re looking for a good barrier that will actually help skin instead of irritate and suffocate …. any natural oil, like coconut oil, applied to damp skin will work well.
.
If You’re looking for a barrier WITH tons of highly concentrated, active compounds specially selected to address skin problems that you’re facing …. just check out the map and find out where to go. And Thank Youx for going Couxcoux Toux!!!!
