SHIPPING TIMES

All orders will be processed and handcrafted within 7 business days unless otherwise noted (backordered items, etc.). Our items are made to arrive as fresh as possible. We will be making your very fresh items at the time you order.

All orders are shipped from Grand Cayman Island via International Express Mail Service. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped and will recieve your items approximately 3 to 5 days after shipping.

LOST PACKAGES

If you do not receive your package, or you cannot find delivery information with the tracking number, please contact us us immediately. We’ll try to find out what happened. EMS is not responsible for packages that have been verified as delivered.

Couxcoux is not responsible for refunding, or cost of re-sending orders, that have been marked by EMS as delivered.

How soon can I expect my order?

After your order is placed it will take us about a week to make it then get it shipped to you. Once EMS has your package, depending on where you live, it will take approximately 3 to 5 days to reach your home or office.

We ONLY ship internationally?

This means that sometimes your package can get held up in customs AND Couxcoux can not be responsible for state/provincial taxes and customs fees associated with receiving an international package in your area. Usually these fees are quite small, if anything at all.

RETURNS

Due to the handcrafted nature of Couxcoux Oil products, and due to our remote location, unless you are on Grand Cayman, we are unable to honor returns and exchanges …. But, we want you to be 100 percent thrilled with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please “Contact Us” immediately and we can make it right.
